- poszerzenie wiedzy, umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych,
- rozwój artystyczny, doskonalenie warsztatu wykonawczego oraz pracę nad interpretacją wybranego repertuaru,
- przygotowanie do podjęcia studiów kierunkowych I lub II stopnia,
- przygotowanie do doktoratu realizowanego w dyscyplinie sztuki muzyczne.

Warunkiem przyjęcia kandydata na Międzynarodowy Staż Artystyczny - International Artistic Intership jest uzyskanie pozytywnej opinii komisji egzaminacyjnej z egzaminu kwalifikacyjnego składającego się z dwóch komponentów
- a) rozmowy kwalifikacyjnej w języku angielskim stacjonarnie lub online w wymiarze 10 min., dotyczącej prezentowanego podczas egzaminu repertuaru artystycznego oraz sprawdzającej ogólnomuzyczną wiedzę kandydata (w szczególnych przypadkach po uzgodnieniu z Dziekanem Wydziału Muzyki UR dopuszcza się przeprowadzenie rozmowy kwalifikacyjnej z kandydatem deklarującym język obcy inny niż angielski)
- b) oceny programu (w wymiarze od 10 do 20 min.) prezentowanego na żywo lub przesłanego przez kandydata materiału video z zarejestrowanym programem, dostarczonego w formie linków do nagrań́ audio-video publikowanych w serwisie YouTube (link dołączony do aplikacji w systemie IRK). W przypadku gdy kandydat nie ma możliwości udostępnienia pliku z nagranym repertuarem na kanale YouTube dopuszcza się (za wcześniejszą zgodą Dziekana Wydziału Muzyki UR) przekazanie nagrania przez platformy transferu danych np. WeTrasfer
Szczegółowe wymagania programowe przesłuchań kwalifikacyjnych:
- wykonawstwo wokalne / instrumentalne repertuar od 10 do 20 min.
- kompozycja (trzy utwory na różne składy, z wyłączeniem utworów muzyki rozrywkowej, opis dotychczasowych doświadczeń kompozytorskich kandydata).
- dyrygentura chóralna – nagranie zespołu chóralnego prowadzonego przez kandydata - repertuar od 10 do 20 min.
W przypadku prezentowania repertuaru podczas egzaminu kwalifikacyjnego w formie nagrania mp4 nie dopuszcza się jakiejkolwiek ingerencji. Każdy z utworów włączonych do repertuaru będącego przedmiotem przesłuchania musi być nagrany w całości (bez cięć/montażu). Na nagraniu konieczna jest widoczna sylwetka kandydata ubiegającego się o przyjęcie na staż artystyczny.
Nagrania zawierające błędy techniczne, uniemożliwiające odtworzenie repertuaru, lub uniemożliwiające identyfikację kandydata nie będą rozpatrywane.
Obowiązkiem kandydata, odbywającego rozmowę kwalifikacyjną w formie online, jest zapewnienie prawidłowej łączności. W przypadku wystąpienia usterek technicznych uniemożliwiających odbycie rozmowy online w wyznaczonym terminie, można ustalić termin kolejny, ostateczny.
Kandydat zobowiązany jest do wniesienia opłaty za egzamin kwalifikacyjny w wysokości 250 zł.
Wymagane dokumenty:
- kwestionariusz osobowy;
- podanie o przyjęcie na staż̇,;
- 1 fotografia;
- uwierzytelniony dokument potwierdzający posiadane wykształcenie kandydata wraz z tłumaczeniem przysięgłym na język polski (minimum świadectwo maturalne)
- potwierdzenie wniesienia opłaty za egzamin kwalifikacyjny sprawdzający umiejętności kandydata w wysokości 250 PLN/60 EUR przed przystąpieniem do egzaminu kwalifikacyjnego;
- zobowiązanie do ponoszenia płatności za staż artystyczny według obowiązującego cennika dla danej specjalności (opłaty za kształcenie na stażach artystycznych dokonywane są z góry za cały okres odbywania stażu. Opłatę należy uregulować przelewem po otrzymaniu decyzji o przyjęciu na staż, na wskazany rachunek bankowy najpóźniej na 7 dni przed rozpoczęciem stażu. Wpłaty za realizację stażu należy uiścić na numer konta bankowego podany w systemie IRK W tytule wpłaty należy podać imię nazwisko uczestnika stażu.
Po przyjęciu kandydata na staż wymagane jest również dostarczenie kopii polisy ubezpieczeniowej na wypadek choroby lub następstw wypadków na okres kształcenia w Polsce/ lub Europejska Karta Ubezpieczenia Zdrowotnego/, lub podpisane oświadczenie o przystąpieniu do ubezpieczenia w NFZ niezwłocznie po rozpoczęciu kształcenia.
W przypadku nieuiszczenia opłaty za realizację stażu przed jego rozpoczęciem, uczestnik stażu nie zostanie dopuszczony do zajęć i może zostać skreślony z listy stażystów.
W przypadku, kiedy stażysta przerwie staż, dokonana opłata za tę formę kształcenia nie podlega zwrotowi.
W trakcie odbywania stażu na prośbę uczestnika stażu artystycznego może być wydane zaświadczenie o odbywaniu stażu. Zaświadczenie wydaje Dziekan Wydziału Muzyki UR
Ustala się następujące opłaty za udział w Międzynarodowym Stażu Artystycznym:
- Zajęcia indywidualne w zakresie gry solowej na wybranym instrumencie (muzyka klasyczna / jazz i muzyka rozrywkowa) – koszt 11 500 PLN/2 700 EUR
- Zajęcia indywidualne w zakresie śpiewu lub gry na wybranym instrumencie (muzyka klasyczna / jazz i muzyka rozrywkowa) z akompaniamentem 15 h– koszt 14 500 PLN/3 400 EUR
- Zajęcia indywidualne w zakresie śpiewu lub gry na wybranym instrumencie (muzyka klasyczna / jazz i muzyka rozrywkowa) z akompaniamentem 30 h – koszt 17 000 PLN/4 000 EUR
- Zajęcia indywidualne w zakresie kompozycji – koszt 11 500 PLN/ 2 700 EUR
- Zajęcia indywidualne w zakresie dyrygentury chóralnej z akompaniamentem 30 h - koszt 17 000 PLN/4 000 EUR

Program Międzynarodowego Stażu Artystycznego: Szczegółowy plan zajęć stażu artystycznego ustalany będzie w porozumieniu z opiekunem artystycznym stażysty przed rozpoczęciem stażu, w ramach harmonogramu danego roku akademickiego, zgodnie z następującym programem ramowym stażu: 30 godzin indywidualnych zajęć dydaktycznych w czasie trwania stażu realizowanych pod kierunkiem opiekuna artystycznego (w przypadku wokalistów, instrumentalistów, dyrygentów chóralnych wymagających współpracy z akompaniatorem zapewnia się 30 godzin pracy z akompaniatorem (w tym minimum 15 godzin realizowanych wspólnie z opiekunem artystycznym stażysty)

The duration of the internship:
Artistic internships consist of a minimum of 30 teaching hours.
(The internship may be extended upon consultation with the intern's artistic supervisor and the Dean of the UR Faculty of Music, and upon the interns' payment of a proportional fee for extending the internship to a minimum of 15 didactic hours).
Internship period: 1.02.2026 r. - 31.12.2026 r.
Intended participants:
INTERNATIONAL ARTISTIC INTERNSHIP is dedicated to music artist planning:
- to expand their knowledge, skills and professional competence,
- artistic development, improvement of performance skills and to work on the interpretation of selected repertoire,
- preparation for the first- or second-degree studies in the field,
- preparation for doctoral studies in the discipline of musical arts.
Recruitment terms and conditions:
Recruitment of participants for the INTERNATIONAL ARTISTIC INTERNSHIP takes place on a continuous basis from April 2025 through mandatory registration of candidates in the IRK system available at https://rekrutacja.ur.edu.pl.
To be accepted as a candidate for the International Artistic Internship, it is necessary to obtain a positive opinion of the examination committee in the qualifying examination consisting of two components:
a) a 10-minute qualifying interview in English, in a stationary or online setting, concerning the artistic repertoire presented during the examination and the candidates' general musical knowledge verification (in special cases and with the agreement of the
Dean of the UR Department of Music, an interview with a candidate speaking a foreign language other than English is allowed)
b) assessment of the performance (10 to 20 min.) presented live or video material of the recorded repertoire submitted by the candidate, provided in the form of links to audio-video recordings published on YouTube (link attached to the application in the IRK system). If the candidate is unable to share the file with the recorded repertoire on the YouTube channel, it is acceptable (with the prior consent of the Dean of the UR Faculty of Music) to transfer the recording via data transfer platforms e.g. WeTrasfer.
Detailed repertoire requirements of the qualifying auditions:
- vocal/instrumental performance - repertoire 10 to 20 min.
- composition (three pieces for various ensembles, excluding popular music pieces, description of the candidates past composing experience).
- choral conducting - recording of a choral ensemble led by the candidate - repertoire
from 10 to 20 min.
Recordings must be unedited and show the candidate clearly when presenting repertoire during the qualification exam in the form of an mp4 recording. Each piece included in the repertoire to be auditioned must be recorded in its complete form (no cuts/editing). A visible silhouette of the applicant for artistic internship is required on the recording.
Any recording containing technical errors, making the repertoire unplayable, or making it impossible to identify the candidate will not be considered.
It is the candidate's responsibility to provide proper communication while being interviewed online. If if there is a technical glitch that preventing the online interview from being held on the scheduled date, a further final date may be set.
The candidate is required to pay a qualification exam fee of 250 PLN.
Required documents:
- personal questionnaire;
- application for traineeship;
- 1 photo;
- a certified document confirming the applicant's educational qualifications with a translation into Polish (minimum secondary school certificate)
- A confirmation of payment for the qualification exam verifying the candidate's skills, in the amount of 250 PLN/60 EUR, prior to taking the qualification exam;
- a commitment to pay for the artistic traineeship according to the price list in force for the specialisation in question (fees for artistic traineeship training are paid in advance for the whole period of the traineeship). The fee must be paid by bank transfer upon receipt of the internship approval decision, to the designated bank account not later than 7 days before the start of the internship. Payments for the internship should be made to the bank account number given in the IRK system. In the title of the payment, please give the name of the internship participant.
Once the internship candidate has been accepted, he/she is also required to provide a copy of his/her health insurance or casualty insurance for the duration of his/her training in Poland/ or European Health Insurance Card/, or a signed declaration of enrolment in NFZ insurance immediately after the start of his/her training.
The fees for participation in the International Artist Internship are as follows:
- Individual classes in solo playing on a chosen instrument (classical music / jazz and popular music) - cost 11 500 PLN/2 700 EUR
- Individual classes in singing or playing the chosen instrument (classical / jazz and pop music) with an accompaniment of 15 h - cost PLN 14,500 / EUR 3,400
- Individual classes in singing or playing a chosen instrument (classical / jazz and popular music) with accompaniment 30 h - cost PLN 17,000 / EUR 4,000
- individual composition classes - cost PLN 11,500/EUR 2,700
- Individual classes in choral conducting with 30 hrs accompaniment - cost PLN 17,000/EUR 4,000
Note: A qualification exam fee of PLN 250 / EUR 60 is required prior to the exam. In the event that the internship fee is not paid before the start of the internship, the intern will not be allowed to attend classes and may be removed from the list of interns.
In the event that the intern discontinues the internship, the payment made for this form of training is not refundable.
During the internship, on request of a participant of an artistic internship, a certificate of the internship may be issued. The certificate is issued by the Dean of the UR Music

International Artist Internship Programme: The detailed timetable of the artistic
internship will be established by mutual agreement with the artistic supervisor of the
intern prior to the beginning of the internship, within the timetable of the respective
academic year, according to the following internship framework programme: 30 hours
of individual teaching during the internship carried out under the guidance of the artistic
supervisor (in the case of vocalists, instrumentalists, choral conductors requiring
collaboration with an accompanist, 30 hours of work with an accompanist shall be
provided (including a minimum of 15 hours carried out together with the artistic
supervisor of the intern).
Interns are required to attend all scheduled educational activities provided in the
internship programme.
Duration of training: Artistic internships are held on a semester or yearly basis, lasting
no less than one semester.
Languages of instruction: primarily English, with options in Polish, German, or French.
